Applications :

PASCO - FIX can be used in industry (automobiles plastics, sports goods, model building, photo and optical goods, dental technology) as well as in the household. PASCO´- FIX adheres: wood, steel, aluminum, porcelain, glass, PMMA, rubber, hard PVC, ABS, Luran and all other common plastics - to themselves and to each other.

Pasco - Fix is not suitable for: cloth, paper, teflon, polyethylene and polypropylene. Note: for sticking polyethylene and polypropylene ask for our two special products, Pasco Prime and Pasco Pepp.

Instructions for use :

Before gluing, materials should be cleaned with PASCO CLEAN, rubbing alcohol, or acetone (test on small area first) and allowed to dry. For strongly absorbent surfaces, somewhat more adhesive is needed. We recommend that you carry out some preliminary tests with PASCO FIX. Surfaces to be joined must free of rust, grease and dust. In some cases (e.g., leather), roughen the surface with fine sandpaper. Remove traces of old adhesive (scrape off). The thinner the layer of adhesive (spread on, don't rub in) the better the joint. Allow the glued items to stand for a few minutes. Different materials dry at different rates. Best results are obtained at room temperature. After 7-8 hours, any material will be firmly set. Always apply pressure when bonding, by squeezing or clamping the items to be glued.

Opening the container :

1. Unscrew the bottle.
2. Cut open the thinnest side of the bottle nozzle with scissors.
3. After use clean glue remainders off from nozzle with piece of cloth then srew cap on again.
4. Keep bottle in upright position.

Important note for storing Pasco®Fix:

We guarantee the storability of Pasco®Fix for 1 year from the date of opening, provided that the bottle is kept cool and dry. It is HIGHLY recommended that you store Pasco Fix in a refrigerator for the longest shelf life.

Important !!! Light, heat and moisture are to be avoided.

Do not swallow. Do not inhale vapors. It may stick skin or eyelids tight within seconds. Keep out of the reach of children. Clean off hands with soap and water or hand-cleaner. Rinse eyes with special eyewash. Consult eye specialist.

PASCO FILL ~ INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Depending on the situation you may also put on Pasco®Fix first and then spread on Pasco®Fill The second variant proved most effective particularly at welds. Make sure that the filling material is soaked through well by Pasco®Fix. The hardened joint can be processed mechanically, filled in or varnished (lacquered). Pasco®Fill is not toxic. does not damage the environment and can be disposed of together with household waste. Pasco®Fix works as a "catalyst" for Pasco®Fill Put on Paso®Fill and soak thoroughly with Pasco®Fix. The stability of such an, usually impossible joint, can be obtained by using Pasco®Fill Knocked out or broken off materials can be refilled with Pasco®Fill and can then be fixed by putting on Pasco®Fix. In connection with Pasco®Fix, Pasco®Fill is most suitable to refill and replace broken off material of any kind. Pasco®Fill can be used for all materials such as porcelain, wood, steel, coloured metals, epoxies, ceramics, paper, cork, etc. The hardened surface can be processed mechanically.

Typical applications for Pasco Fix and Fill :

Important note:

Pasco®Fill, suitable as a filling material; in combination with Pasco®Fixit is used in applications like filling splitting, wood throats, punctures, joining and closing torn component rabbets and for many other applications more.

Put on shifts of Pasco®Fill of approx. 2-3 mm thickness and then impregnate thoroughly with Pasco®Fix.To prevent Pasco-Fill from dropping through holes, just put a sheet of paper underneath.
